As a seasoned Catholic leader, you play a critical role in helping to develop future leaders through experienced leadership development, career guidance, as well as spiritual direction. Your role as a mentor is to encourage, support, counsel, and pray for your assigned mentee(s) – for the fulfilment of his/her leadership commitment and a deepening of his/her spiritual life.
Must be at least 40 years old
Must be a well-formed Catholic
Must profess fidelity to the teachings of the Catholic Church
Must desire to build-up the Body of Christ by mentoring future Catholic leaders.
More details, along with a copy of the program curriculum and assigned readings will be provided once the program starts. These are some of the expectations for our TLI mentors:
Initiate contact with mentee to schedule virtual meetings (Start the first week of February)
Conduct at least two meetings per month over the course of 5-months (20 minute meetings)
First meeting should consist of introductions to get to know each other, prayer, and building trust
On subsequent meetings begin with prayer and then discuss the following:
